COOKING TOGETHER:
AN EXCELLENT TRAINING METAPHOR

The choice and design of what we call metaphors for experiential training cannot be improvised.
Indeed, training metaphors are not simply games or forms of entertainment that automatically lead to learning.

Those leading team building with the aim of providing real training must be able to create, manage and evaluate the training metaphor, adapting it to the needs of company management.

Our ‘Cooking Time’ or ‘Cooking Experience’ format aims to give participants a training experience that strengthens and consolidates the group through the metaphor of discovery. The group thus engages in the preparation of a menu, experimenting with work-like relational situations and dynamics, along the lines of what happens in real restaurant kitchens, yet in an innovative, fun context. The activities take place under the supervision and coordination of professional cooking instructors and team coaching trainers.
